Dear Overseas students,
时光流逝、岁月不居，新的假期即将开启，希望同学们在假期注意身心健康，做好防暑。对此，老师们给大家几点温馨提示：
The summer holiday has come, students are about to start the summer vacation. Please follow scientific approaches and continue to do a good job of self-protection. Besides studying, the Overseas Education College hopes that your physical and mental health are receiving the same attention as well. We kindly remind you of the following:
一、中国境内同学：
1.在中国境内的全全同学要遵守中国的法律、法规和学校的规章制度。Overseas students studying at Wuyi University should strictly abide by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Students should also obey the relevant regulations set by the university and local communities.
2.根据天气变化适时增减衣服，保持充足睡眠、适当进行体育锻炼，保持饮食营养均衡，注意劳逸结合，保证身心健康。
Please remember to dress in layers in accordance to the weather changes. Be sure to get quality sleep and exercise regularly. Maintain a balance diet and keeping a balance between work and rest.
3.注意财产安全，谨防诈骗，不要轻易相信任何陌生人和未经核实的信息。如遭遇诈骗，尽快拨打电话110或者到最近的公安机关报案。
Safeguard your finances and beware of telecommunication frauds. Do not believe in strangers or unverified information easily. In the event of a fraud，call 110 as soon as possible or report to the nearest public security bureau.
4.严禁到湖泊河流等危险场所活动，以免发生危险。
Lakes and rivers are gradually freezing, and it is strictly forbidden to walk on lakes and rivers (on & off campus) in case of the accidents.
5.注意用电用水安全，禁止在宿舍内吸烟，禁止使用违禁电器，禁止在校园内燃放大型烟花爆竹，不驾驶燃油摩托车和电动车。
Pay attention to electricity and water safety. Do not smoke in dormitory. The use of prohibited electrical appliances is not allowed. It is forbidden to set off large fireworks and firecracker. It is also strictly prohibited to drive fuel motorcycle and electrical bike.
6.学习期间不得就业、经商或从事其他经营性活动。
Students should not be engaged in employment or other business activities during the whole period of their studies.
二、如计划离开武夷山前往其他城市或者回国的，务必提前将行程信息发给辅导员杨老师，同时必须填好离校去向表，签好安全承诺书，得到学校批准后方能离开，不能擅自离开武夷山。离开武夷山后如果行程与已批准的行程有变化，请及时联系辅导员杨老师，向她报备新的行程安排。
Students who have made plans to leave their current place of residence and travel out of the city or go back to their home country should inform the teacher, Mrs Yang, in advance and fill in the Leaving Form and signature the Safety Promise Letter. Students are only allowed to leave Wuyishan after getting the school's approval. At the same time, students must send the itinerary information to Mrs Yang. Students cannot leave Wuyishan without authorization. If students who have left Wuyishan need to change city, please inform Mrs Yang and send the itinerary information to her.
三、在中国境外的同学，尽量避免国际流动，请境外同学们于2023年8月20日-9月3日之间返校。新学期开始，我们将不再提供线上教学，请关注钉钉群内消息，提前购买好来华留学生保险，学校为迎接大家返校做好了充分的准备。
For students outside China, shall return to the university or China between 20th August to 3rd September,2023. Please take the initiative to maintain effective communication and contact with your colleges and supervisor, the school won’t provide online class anymore.So please pay attention to the information in DINGDING group, and buy insurance in advance, the school has prepared for you all coming back.
开学时间：2023年9月3日，如果时间有变，将会在钉钉群内通知，请同学们关注钉钉群消息。
Opening day: 3rd, September, 2023. We will inform you all through DINGDING group if there is any change. So please pay attention to DING information.
暑假期间请同学们严格遵守相关管理规定，注意身体健康，在保证安全的情况下进行各项活动，预祝大家度过一个愉快、健康、安全的假期！
